You may return any item purchased from our online boutique, either by shipping the item back to our online center or bringing the item directly to our babyworks boutique in Lincoln, Nebraska. For an item returned within 30 days, you will be issued a refund of the purchase price and applicable tax. For an item returned after 30 days, you will be issued a gift certificate that can be used online or at babyworks, the boutique at MilkWorks. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used when item was purchased (credit card, check or gift certificate).

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used when item was purchased (credit card, check or gift certificate). For a full refund, item must be returned in original condition with original packaging, including manuals, assembly instructions, accessories, parts and original packing slip. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is being returned because it is defective or was damaged in shipping.
If shipping an online purchase back to our online center:
Send item in original packaging with your original packing slip.
Pack the item carefully, so that it is not damaged during shipping. No refunds will be issued for an item not in "new" condition or missing original box, accessories, parts or manuals.
Please indicate why your item is being returned. If the item is damaged or defective, indicate the nature of the damage or defect. If it is being returned for any other reason, please state the reason so we can properly process your return.
Use a secure shipping method to send the item, so it can be tracked. If you are shipping the item through the US Postal Service, please request a delivery confirmation for your records. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping and no returns will be processed until the item is received.
